4，星街 すいせい(Hoshimachi Suisei)

通称Suisei

特殊技：

Summon Blocks：Summon a rain of falling blocks that deal 300% damage each for 5 seconds, flatting targets making them unable to move for 5 seconds.

召唤方块：召唤大量坠落方块，每个方块造成300%的伤害，持续5秒，将目标压平，使其在5秒内无法移动。

角色技能：

1)Suicopath：Defeating targets increases Crit by 4/6/8% for 4 seconds, up to 20/30/40%. Defeating targets with axe-related weapons has a 10% chance to heal 3 HP.

蓝发神经病(Suisei+psychopath【精神变态】的合成词)：击败目标会增加4/6/8%的暴击，持续4秒，最多增加20/30/40%。使用与斧相关的武器击败目标有10%的几率恢复3HP。

(斧相关武器目前有4个，自身主武器，精神【病】斧子，MiComet，BL腐女子。)

2)Stellar：Critical hits have a 25% chance to increase ATK by 2/4/6% for 4 seconds, up to 10/20/30%. If activated, all targets within 75px take that critical hit.

恒星：暴击有25%的几率增加2/4/6%的攻击力，持续4秒，最多增加10/20/30%。如果激活，则75像素内的所有目标都会受到暴击。

3)Blocks Master：Critical hits has a 15/20/25% chance to summon a falling block from above that deals 150/200/250% damage.

打块大师(打快是指现代俄罗斯方块对战)：暴击时有15/20/25%的几率从上方召唤一个坠落方块，造成150/200/250%的伤害。
